Semi-Annual CFSA Past-Due Survey Data is Due January 15th

The CFSA Past-Due Survey report contains timely information reported by our members regarding past-due amounts on selected funeral homes. We are continuing our policy of requesting this information from participating member companies twice a year. Because we want to ensure that the program reports only the latest information available, we will completely delete the past-due amounts every six months and ask you for a fresh update.

CFSA member companies participating in the Past-Due Survey program were contacted in mid-December and asked to update their information by January 15, 2017. Remember, all financial data is held strictly confidential per reporting company, but the aggregate, anonymous information is made available to participating CFSA member companies to aid them in their credit management strategies.

Our CFSA Credit Guide Program is among the most valuable membership programs we offer, but the reports we make available to everyone are only as good as the information our members provide. Please help by providing us (and other CFSA members) with current past-due amounts. Once the new past-due data is entered in January, participating members can view and print the comprehensive online report after logging on: Credit Rating > Reports > Past-due Amount Data. And, the Addendum Report is available at: Credit Rating > Reports > Addendum Data.
