Membership Renewal FAQs
Membership renewals begin April 16 and last through the May 31 expiration date.
Yes. Your membership status is now “graced” until June 30, and you can still renew.
If you became a member prior to October 2021, you will need to renew your membership. Those who joined on or after October 1 are pro-rate-plus members and have already paid dues through May 2023. These members do not need to renew.
Anyone with the company login information may renew the organization’s membership. The renewal/invoice will only appear on company profiles, not individual profiles.
You may reset your password on the login screen or reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All major credit cards are accepted.

Whether you choose to pay by card or check, an invoice will be created once you complete the renewal process that you can print for yourself to turn in to any accounting departments.
