Annual Conference FAQ

Conference queries or troubleshooting issues? Below are some frequently asked questions by our members about the upcoming CFSA 2024 Annual Conference that we thought would be helpful to share.

Q: “Why isn’t my member-price ticket option showing up?” 

A: “You have to log in to your account in order to show member pricing.”

Q: “I forgot my login, but when I click the “reset password” option, it doesn’t seem to be working.”

A: “We are experiencing technical difficulties with our account management software. It is a known issue, and the developer is working to correct the issue.

For now, please email Ronnie Smith at rsmith@cfsaa.org and she will send a reset link from our end that should allow you to successfully reset your password. Please allow 1 business day for processing.”

Q: “If my company is attending the conference and we want to exhibit, do all of the attendees need the exhibitor pass?”

A: “Only one representative from your company needs to purchase the exhibitor pass, all other attendees from the same company can purchase the conference all access pass. You can, however, all be at the booth or switch off who is manning your exhibitor table.”
