Sauder Funeral Products, a wholly-owned entity of Sauder Woodworking Co., welcomes the addition of Loren Roth and Jan Rychener to the sales and marketing team.
Roth joins the Sauder Funeral Products sales team with a focus on strategic planning. He started his career with Sauder Woodworking Co. in 1989 and has experience in production, consumer services, and international sales. During the last seven years, he functioned as the director of sales and operations planning for the ready-to-assemble furniture division.
Moving forward, Roth’s time will be shared between Sauder Funeral Products and Sauder Woodworking Co. As part of Sauder Funeral Products, Roth will cooperate with the sales team to maximize profitable growth, cultivate relationships with current and future distributors, and help them continue down the path of success and growth. “Loren’s experience and wealth of knowledge will make him the perfect addition to our sales team,” said Dan Sauder, executive vice president of engineering and new markets for Sauder Woodworking Co. “I’m confident that Loren will play a key role in the growth and success of our business.”
After 28 years with the Sauder Woodworking Co. ready-to-assemble furniture division, Rychener joins the Sauder Funeral Products sales and marketing team. Rychener has a background in sales, software implementation, and project management. In her new role, Rychener will be responsible for office administration, oversight of the external public relations and marketing firm, and assisting with sales. “We are excited about the addition of Jan to our sales and marketing team,” said Dan Sauder. “She brings many strengths, and we know that with her assistance we will continue to thrive.”
