(WFSI), the leading provider of burial vaults and cremation-related products and services in North America, is pleased to announce the addition of Lisa Epps as senior vice president and general counsel. Lisa is a former partner at Spencer Fane, WFSI’s long-term outside law firm.
Lisa will be involved with many aspects of Wilbert’s growth and continued evolution including acquisitions, insurance, HR, IT security and many corporate compliance issues that result from being part of a publicly traded company.
Lisa holds a B.A. from The American University and a J.D. from The University of Kansas School of Law. She is a licensed attorney in Kansas and Missouri.
