Final preparations are underway for our Fall Conference & Trade Show at the JW Marriott Indianapolis on November 18th and 19th! Here are the highlights:
• Six hours of dedicated time in our Expo Hall (see map on page 2) to ask questions and learn from experienced peers and colleagues who are leading our industry
• President’s Reception & Award Presentation on Wednesday night, featuring presentation of CFSA’s prestigious Lifetime Recognition Award to two deserving icons of our industry
• Thursday’s morning programs, featuring Doug Gober and Ryan Thogmartin as keynote speakers, preceded by the CFSA Annual Business Meeting and election of new officers and Board members
Lifetime Recognition Awards Announced
Our reception on Wednesday night, November 18th, will be a very special evening as we honor two deserving men who made lasting contributions to our association and our industry: John Marsellus of Marsellus Casket Company and (posthumously) Ken Curtis of Lockwoven Company (previously with Lewis Funeral Dry Goods). Mr. Marsellus will be present to receive the award, and Mr. Curtis’ son, James, will represent the Curtis family.
