The CFSA Board of Directors, led by President Christopher J. Boots (C.J. Boots Casket Company) and Past President Rodney Robinson (Southern Craft Manufacturing), selected Charlotte as the host city for the 2019 Winter Seminar. The annual event will be held from Monday to Tuesday, April 1-2, 2019, at the Westin Charlotte in Charlotte, North Carolina.


We have scaled back this annual event to a one-day program, but it still packs in tremendous value for what you have come to expect from CFSA. Held this year in conjunction with the annual convention of the ICCFA (International Cemetery, Cremation & Funeral Association) at the Charlotte Convention Center from April 2 - 6, we want to offer a more intimate gathering for CFSA members while maximizing your time out of the office if you’re attending the ICCFA convention.

Our one-day Winter Seminar at the Westin Charlotte Hotel in downtown Charlotte is shaping up to be an awesome experience, and we invite you to join your CFSA friends, colleagues, business prospects, and extended family members for a great time in one of America’s most exciting cities. CFSA is fortunate to have secured a dynamic and highly successful sales leader and trainer as the keynote speaker at its 2019 Winter Seminar on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at The Westin Charlotte: Matt Nettleton, Managing Partner and Chief Sales Officer for Sandler Training from Indianapolis, Indiana.




The Sandler methodology is stated this way: “The Sandler sales methodology fosters an attitude of leadership, rather than just emphasizing technique. Reinforcement training facilitates the development of new and empowering behaviors, attitudes, and sales skills, mapping a unique road map to lasting success.”
