Update your Membership Information

Quick Steps to Update Your Membership Information:


1. On the website home page (, enter your Username and Password into the Sign In fields in the light-blue box on the right side of the page and click the Sign In button directly below the fields.


  • If you do not know your Username, email or call 847-295-6630 for assistance. Please provide us with your full name and your company's name.
  • If you do not know your Password, use the "Forgot your password?" function under the blue Sign In button.
  • If you do not see the Sign In fields in the light-blue box and instead see My Profile, you are already signed in. 


2. In the My Profile light-blue box on the right side of the page, click on Manage Profile.




3. On the Manage Profile page, click on Edit Bio.




4. On the Edit Bio page, you will see all of the information associated with your member profile. Please review each field to ensure everything is up-to-date.

  • Every field that has a red asterisk (*) next to it is a Required Field. These must be filled out.
  • If you see this icon  before a field, you may click on the icon to change if this field is viewable by other CFSA members or if this field is hidden in your profile (hidden fields are still viewable by CFSA Staff).
  • You may also update your Username and/or Password on this page by clicking the "change" link next to the desired field.


5. When all of your information has been updated, click the blue Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.
