Membership Renewal

All CFSA memberships are based on a membership year which begins on June 1 and ends on May 31. 

 

CFSA membership is for the organization as a whole, so you must log in with your company credentials to be able to see the member invoice. 

 

Ways to Renew Your Membership:

  • Pay due by credit card online through your member account
  • Call 847-295-6630 to pay by credit card over the phone.
  • Mail a check to CFSA at 3502 Woodview Trace, Suite 300, Indianapolis, IN 46268

 

Quick Steps to Renew Your Membership:

 

1. On the website home page (www.cfsaa.org), enter your Username and Password into the Sign In fields in the light-blue box on the right side of the page and click the Sign In button directly below the fields.

 

  • If you do not know your Username, email info@cfsaa.org or call 847-295-6630 for assistance. Please provide us with your full name and your company's name.
  • If you do not know your Password, use the "Forgot your password?" function under the blue Sign In button.
  • If you do not see the Sign In fields in the light-blue box and instead see My Profile, you are already signed in. 

 

2. In the My Profile light-blue box on the right side of the page, click on Manage Profile.

 

 

 

3. On the Manage Profile page, click on Membership.

 

 

4. On the Membership Information page, you will see a list of past and present invoices. Find the one that is shown as Open under the Status column, then click on the Make an Online Payment button.

 

 

5. This open your membership invoice. Fill in all required fields (indicated by a red asterisk) and then click on the Submit Payment button.

 

 

6. Once you get your confirmation, your membership is renewed!
