The CFSA Fall Conference and Trade Show offers the most robust forum available where funeral suppliers can explore customer and supply-partner relationships without the distraction of non-suppliers.

Your exhibitor registration includes:


Booth & Accessories:

  • 10’ by 10’ booth space with 8’ white back wall drape and 3’ white side wall drape
  • Up to three (3) tables and two (2) chairs at no additional charge (UP TO $480 VALUE!)
  • Exhibit hall carpeting (no additional flooring purchase necessary!)
  • Six hours of conflict-free exhibit time (12:30-4:30 p.m. Monday and 12:00-2:00 p.m. Tuesday)

We now offer a limited number of Premium booth options in our exhibit hall. Premium booths are located in the highest traffic areas of our exhibit hall, ensuring your company is seen and visited by the most attendees possible. Premium booths are extremely limited and assignment is first-come, first-serve, so register your company today.

Cancellation Policy: Booth package cancellations receive a 50% refund through Sept. 12; no booth refunds after this date. Personnel cancellations receive a full refund through Oct. 31; 50% refund Nov. 1-9; no refunds after this date or for no-shows.




Through July 15, 2019 – Priority Registration
Priority registration period for 2018 Fall Conference & Trade Show exhibitors. Booths will be assigned to 2018 exhibitors in the order in which they are received. Registration forms CAN be submitted by non-2018 exhibitors—they will be date-stamped and booths will be assigned in order of receipt immediately following assignment of priority registrations.

July 16 – November 10, 2019 – Open Registration
Open booth registration period. Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis in the order in which they are received until capacity is reached. If none of the booth location preferences indicated on your registration form are available, CFSA will contact you to obtain your next choice.

Each Fall Conference & Trade Show exhibitor will receive a full-page color ad in CFSA’s Fall Conference & Trade Show Program Book. Ads should be 8.5 inches tall by 5.5 inches wide. To take advantage of this exhibitor benefit, CFSA must receive your ad by September 15. JPEG or high-quality PDF format is preferred. Ads should be sent to:

Note: Our exhibit floor is fully carpeted, so you are not required to furnish carpeting. All order forms in the Exhibitor Service Kit, along with any accompanying payment, should be returned directly to Excel.




  • Each exhibiting company is limited to one 10’ x 10’ exhibit space. When a corporation owns multiple companies, additional space may be purchased under the individual name of each company (companies are not guaranteed adjoining spaces). Goods exhibited in the display shall be limited to those normally sold or manufactured by the specific company(ies) as an entity of the corporation.
  • Merchandise displayed will be limited to goods used in the manufacture or assembly of caskets and/or funeral supplies, or which distributors may buy for their use or for resale to funeral directors.
  • No display may exceed the height of the 8’ tall drape back-drop. Side rails are 3’ high. Oversized objects shall be displayed only at the rear of the booth. Side wall displays cannot be higher than 4’ high or one casket on table top. Up to three full size caskets will be permitted.
  • No receptions, other than those sponsored by CFSA, will be permitted during exhibit or program hours.
  • Picture taking in exhibit hall is prohibited without written permission of CFSA. Generally, photography shall be permitted only by members of industry media and CFSA staff.
  • Caskets and displays must be set up on Monday, November 11, between 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., during which time they are accessible to exhibitor personnel only. Non-exhibitors will not be allowed in exhibit hall during non-exhibit hours.
  • The exhibit hall will be patrolled by private security during overnight hours.
  • Exhibits must remain open until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12.
  • Exhibitor Cancellation and Refund Policy: Booth Package cancellations receive a 50% refund through September 12; no booth refunds after this date. Additional Personnel cancellations receive a full refund through October 31; 50% refund November 1 through November 9; no refunds after this date or for no-shows.
