In Memoriam: William Carl Howard

We regret to inform you of the passing on April 29, 2015, of William Carl Howard.  Carl was the father-in-law of CFSA Past President Dave Hazelett of Astral Industries.  He was 89.
 
Carl served as Elder, Deacon, and Chairman of the finance committee of the First Church of Christ in Lynn, Indiana. He was president and co-founder of Jay-Randolph Developmental Services, and served as a board member for many more years. Carl did volunteer work at both Randolph County Hospital and Reid Memorial Hospital. He was an avid bowler and loved playing Scrabble.   
 
Funeral services for Carl were held at the Walker Funeral Home in Winchester, Indiana, with Minister Doug Nolan officiating. Burial followed at the Fountain Park Cemetery in Winchester.  In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Jay-Randolph Developmental Center, 840 S. Pineview Lane, Winchester, IN 47394.
