We continue the series this month with Southern Craft Manufacturing, a frequent sponsor of CFSA events. Here are the responses to our questions.
When did your company first join CFSA, and what do you value most about your membership?
Southern Craft Manufacturing joined CFSA in March of 1995, at that time the association’s trade show was in the spring of the year. We joined at that time following our incorporation the previous year. We value most the opportunity to visit and communicate with the leaders and innovators of the funeral industry, present in one location at one time, in a very friendly and open professional business environment.
Why has your company become a sponsor for the association?
It is a way to further the health and growth of our organization.
Tell us a little about your company.
We incorporated in April of 1994 and began production in a new facility in Loretto, Tenn., a community well known for the production of quality burial caskets, in August of that same year. We manufacture or distribute metal, wood, and cloth-covered caskets, and cremation products for the funeral industry.
