Fall Conference & Trade Show One Month Away

The Fall Conference is just around the corner! The exhibit floor is nearly full, the registrations are coming in, and we’re gearing up for a spectacular program at the JW Marriott Indianapolis on November 18 and 19.

There is no other convention in the world that brings together the leading organizations in North America in such a forum to showcase the latest in products and services supporting the funeral industry. Every attendee and exhibitor at our conference is either a buyer or seller – and sometimes both – and our program is designed to facilitate an informal mix of networking and educational opportunities for everyone. Take advantage of six hours of dedicated exhibit time in a no-pressure forum to ask questions and learn from experienced peers and colleagues who are leading our profession. Open your mind to future challenges and opportunities by engaging the talented speakers featured in our educational programs. And be sure to leverage every chance you have to catch up with old friends and meet new ones during the conference.

Tips from an Experienced Fall Conference Attendee
“The week before you leave for Indianapolis, make a written list of the people that you want to see AND what you want to talk to them about. Keep that list with you in your pocket and make sure that you hit all of your targets before the closing bell rings”.

“Be sure to take advantage of as much of the non-meeting related “mix and mingle” time as you can. Most attendees head to one of the two JW Marriott lounges after the formal events are over. Work that opportunity. People tend to be more relaxed in that environment and perhaps more approachable.”
