With just five months to go, we look forward to showcasing the strength, innovation, creativity, and adaptability of our member companies and those who support the funeral supply industry. Nearly 300 funeral supply professionals are expected to gather for the premiere event of the year that gives you an efficient and economical way to connect with funeral-related manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers seeking alliances. So we hope you will make plans to join us on Monday – Tuesday, October 29-30, 2018, for our Fall Conference & Trade Show at our NEW venue: Columbus Hilton Downtown in Columbus, Ohio.
New Trade Show Floor
Our new venue will reveal some exciting changes! The spacious ballroom at the Columbus Hilton Downtown enables us to upgrade our offering to exhibitors by including all of our meals, reception, and meetings in the same room as the exhibit hall, increasing attendee traffic just steps away from the exhibitors. With only 42 booth spaces available, our trade show may not be the largest in the industry. But if you are in the funeral supply industry, there may be no more powerful collection of leading companies in one location over two days than ours. The Exhibitor Prospectus will be mailed to all CFSA members in two weeks, and everything you need to reserve your booth can be downloaded from the CFSA website by the middle of this month. Remember, those companies that exhibited with us in 2017 have until July 15th to request priority assignment for 2018. We “sold out” of exhibit space in recent years – hurry!
Support the association and gain respect, visibility, and recognition by becoming an official sponsor! We have several affordable opportunities available to help your company maximize your exposure in front of an elite audience. We ran out of sponsorship opportunities last year, so we’ve added some new ones for 2018 – WiFi Internet access for all attendees, water bottles and hydration stations with your custom logo, and some unique marketing channels to reach attendees and prospects. Watch your mail for the complete list, and remember we award the sponsorships on a first-come, first-served basis!
CFSAA.org – Your “Information Central” for the Fall Conference & Trade Show
If you haven’t already done so, NOW is the time to “bookmark” www.CFSAA.org on your computer, tablet, and smart phone! Our website affords us the ability to share the latest information on who’s exhibiting, who’s sponsoring, and who’s speaking. We’ll be updating our website each week with the list of pre-registered attendees. So you can not only let your colleagues know that you are attending, but you can see who else will be there! And don’t forget our fully secure online registration forms for attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors to automatically pay via credit card or request an invoice. The special Fall Conference pages will go live by mid-June.
